Why EditorSYNC exists

In 2022, my wife Vanessa and I started TV Travels. As the channel grew, we stopped editing everything ourselves and started working with a freelance editor in 2024. That's when the real work started: not the filming, but everything between us and our editor.
Raw footage lived in one place, notes in another and the conversation in a third. Feedback was a voice memo or a vague timestamp. Nobody knew whose turn it was. And at the end of the month, the invoices came by email and the expenses lived in a spreadsheet.
I'm not a software engineer. I'm a creator who got tired of the mess. So I built EditorSYNC: one place where a creator and their editor can see every video, leave notes on the exact frame, know whose turn it is, and keep track of the money (budgets, expenses and invoices), right up to the upload.
Every TV Travels video goes through EditorSYNC today. Our editor, Francis of Storyfic Creations, works in it from the Philippines. When something annoys us, we fix it, usually within days. That's the promise: we're building the tool we need ourselves, so it gets better every week.
If you're a creator with an editor, or an editor with a few creators, you're who this is for. And during our founding launch, it's free. Questions or ideas? Email me at support@editorsync.com.
